One possible version：

Today many people, especially young people, are phone freaks. They spend a lot of time playing games, seeing movies, or reading novels on their smart phone, and thus communicate with their family and friends less. Without phone in hand, they will feel anxious and don’t know what to do. As we know, too long screen time is not good for health. It does great harm to our neck and eyes. Besides, focusing on mobile phone entertainment can affect students’ study.

I think young people should spend more time doing sports or being with their family and friends. They should also pay more attention to their studies. If they fill their time this way, they won’t have too much spare time to think about phone entertainment.
