一、教学目标
1、能够听、说、认读句子:Look at the tiger! It’s running! The rabbit is jumping.
2、能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing形式:flying, jumping, walking, running, swimming.
3、能用进行时态描述图片的内容。
二、教学重点与难点
1、本课时教学重点是掌握五个动词的ing形式,并能用现在进行时进行简单的描述。
2、本课时的教学难点是running和swimming的拼写。
三、教学方法
1、在创设的情境中学习本课时的五个动词。
2、通过ears and mouth、guessing等游戏操练和巩固本课的五个单词。
四、问题导入
T:Hello, everybody! The animal games will begin once a year. I’m the hostess. Now let me introduce the athletes for you.分别介绍今天的运动选手:tiger team, rabbit team, elephant team, bird team, fish team and monkey team.
五、互动合作
1、询问tiger team的选手:“Which sports is the best for you? Can you show it for us?”引出running这个单词,并出示课件教授这个单词。用同样的方法询问其他组的选手最擅长的运动项目,引出jumping, wakling, flying和swimming.
2、学生先听录音然后跟读本课单词。
3、师拿出“老虎”的图片,说:“Look at the tiger. What is it doing?”引导学生回答“It’s running.”并拿出兔子、大象、小鸟和鱼的图片,让学生模仿说“Look at the.....It’s....”以此操练本课的重点句型。
六、展示交流
1、T:I think you are ready to compete. Now let’s the first round----reading. First, read in your groups, then,we’ll have a competion.让六组同学分别站起来读这五个单词,给予评价。
2、T:Let’s continue our competion, the second round----guessing.给出几幅图片,让学生猜猜动物们都在干什么。
3、T:“Now our competion has reached a white-hot stage. Let’s have a rest.”出示一首chant,让学生们有节奏地跟老师吟唱,然后配上动作自己吟唱。
七、巩固拓展
1、T:We all know one minute on stage takes ten years. Let’s go to see the training place of the animals.带领学生到动物们的训练基地看看,并且两人一组就图片内容自编对话作为第三轮的比赛,师先示范A:Look at the....B:What is it doing? A:It’s.....
2、Let’s write.把所见所闻写下来,完成写的练习。
